We use FedEx Ground®shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75. Items usually ship out 1-2 business days after an order is received, and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information via email when the label is created. Tracking information is not available simultaneously of purchase, and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Lost/Stolen Packages

The Butterfly Collection Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to FedEx Ground®.

International Shipping

We offer FedEx International First® International Shipping. International orders take 1-3 days to ship out plus 6-10 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact FedEx® at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support.html or by calling International Customer Service at 1-800 247-4747. . Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to The Butterfly Collection Company and cannot be refunded or resent.
